DETAILS: There have been a series of attacks recently in Newland of a random and seemingly feral nature. One person was killed in an attack, along with two others injured in a separate attack of the same nature. Based off reports it has become clear that the two attacks may be linked. Eyewitness reports and recordings collected from both attacks have provided the Newland Militia with a relatively accurate description of the perpetrator. It appears to be a feral opifex shade, with facial tattoos. The lower half of her face is obscured by a mask, and her attire appears to be a jumpsuit of some sort.
Warning! If you have limited combat experience or limited experience in handling shades, DO NOT approach. She is considered highly dangerous and it may be difficult to reason with it. If you see an individual that matches the description and sketch shown above, contact the Newland Militia or the security minister immediately.

To those concerned - Patrols have been increased to ensure the safety and protection of Newland residents and visitors to the city. If however you find yourself in danger, flashing a bright light at the shade should be an efficient repellent if you act fast.
