About the change on grafts.
I'll be really annoyed to lose out on 13% reflect in sl on toons without self-reflects and i don't care if it's "intended" mechanics, changing / taking that away after 10-ish years of having it is unacceptable.

Genele said they'll no longer drop, there was no mention of them being removed. Plus, they were yesdrop last time I checked, so they could become the new ellts....
A lvl 220 Soldier can have their FA defected by a BY leet. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ................................................ Niiiiice battlestation walls finally getting removed, now I have more room to run around in looking for that one other person who's in there with me before we both get kicked out.
Question: Since Parry is being removed from the game, what will happen to items that require parry/riposte, such as Copy of the Excalibur?
You guys should really make separate threads for all these topics. The patch notes are huge.
What the F is this?Quote:
A trader shop access item has been made. Using this item will allow you to use the trader shop (specialist commerce) without being a trader.
Its called awesome sauce
It says grafts, pills etc will no longer drop. As in, from monsters. Says nothing about no longer being able to roll for and receive them as quest rewards.
RIP NTs even harder.
I think correct path for grafts and such is prune from drop/roll list the ones no-one really needs. That is for nanos that no one uses anyway. Keep the good ones like ES and such.
Really great balance work there, maybe not perfect but allot better than the current state of the game (pvp wise)
I also disagree about destroying our items. Atleast allow them to work as shop food for their original value.
It's not right to change those to valueless junk or out right delete them if the ones I have found are such.
What stumps me about this whole 'teleportation questline' thing, is why they've had to separate it? There must be a good reason why the teleport quest was added, rather than just using the final quest in Arete Landing for the same purpose.
If the Arete Landing quests are not level-locked, then theoretically even a level 1 could 'complete' Arete landing and in the process unlock the ability to teleport. The addition of an additional quest line that is separate to Arete Landing's quests seems... unnecessary.
Unless of course the quest was implemented because they require ALL characters to update their 'CanTeleport' flags by completing the new quest. But even then, simply setting that flag to 'true' on all existing characters, and false on all characters created in Arete Landing should achieve the same result (provided the final quest in Arete switches the flag for new character) without requiring existing characters to jump through hoops to do what we've been doing for years.
Then again, I likely have my understanding of the situation all wrong as I'd like to think that there are good reasons behind every change; even the ones that appear plain hostile.
