My last Experience with camping and ARKS
Was in Smuggler's Den with a team of friends. We were down there for hours killing the Smugglers over and over again. We were there so long that we had the spawns down. Smugglers had a very short life span. And when you have Agents on your team pulling off 10k aimed shots, anyone else can forgot about Kill Stealing.
So we're enjoying the Den. Nobody has come through for hours. We have it to ourselves.
Well, all good things come to an end. An enforcer comes along (I'll keep his name concealed for now) we have 5 people, but we're a team of friends. Don't feel like having outsiders tonight.
Enforcer leaves, and come's back a bit latter with more people. Still not enough to outdamage us, and we know where the next Smuggler is going to spawn.
Well, Enforcer decides there are other ways to get kills. His team mates make themselves scarce, and he goes and pisses off Ash, then jumps into the rafters, out of harms way.
We have no calmer, but our fixer is great (Yo Perma!) and get's Ash's attention, and runs off to root Ash in a corner somewhere.
Enforcer seems confused. No Ash? No bodies? He goes off exploring. Finds Ash and breaks the root, and makes work for the fixer again. Once is understandable, it happens. Twice, they're obviously trying to get us killed.
Anyway, we get a GM, invite GM to team so we can all chat, and she watches from GM land as we go about the business of killing Smugglers. Sure enough, enforcer pokes Ash again and heads for the rafters. GM sees it happen, takes Ash out of the zone, and proceedes to have a long conversation with the enforcer.
After awile, the genius starts shouting curse words, in front of the GM, then pokes Ash yet again, right in frint of the GM! Some people, geez. (We actually think that he just mongoed too close to Ash, and gave him the benifit of the doubt this time, but another chat with the GM ensues.)
Anyway, over the next few hours this enforcer petitions a few more times, and we talk to at least two mor ARKs. At this point we have the enforcer and any friends on ignore, and the ARKs are trying to convince us to share the Smugglers. We're really in no mood to do so now, and the ARKs seem to understand that, and tell the enforcer this.
Doesn't stop him for sending out more petitions though. Oh well, felt sorry for any ARKs who had to deal with the guy.
Anyway, at no time were we told what we were doing was wrong, harassment, or camping. I'm sure the GM had some choice words for this fellow having witness the behaviors, but the ARKs were clueless to the history and tried to be mediators or something.
Well, the thought was to make this fit into the thread. Now that I finishe I'm not 100% sure I accomplished that, but oh well. :)

The problem there was obviously communication between the community personell. When I was counselor in UO, all active GMs and Counselors were in an IRC chatroom, and someone getting into the help queue more than once in a short time with the same thing over and over again would have been mentioned and handled by the GMs for making phony help calls. I am sure the GMs/ARKs have some sort of communication in AO too, either ingame in a seperate channel, like guilds, or in IRC, so maybe they should work a bit harder on that "talking to each other" thingy.
