it's no prob about requirements, it's about at what QL Flowers Tech starts? ... at what QL Secundus Decus starts ... (as in NanoArmor starts at QL75, etc ... )

4slot: ql60 with a 161 comp lit req
5slot: ql100 with a 251 comp lit req
6slot: ql160 with a ... 350ish req (not sure)
I think flowers starts at ql 50.
I think primus starts at 75
I know biomech starts at ql 75.
I've heard Albecht Tank starts at 125.
