Is it possible? Could a single shot start a war?

I was under the impression that there were only two ways my org's towers could be attacked. First, an enemy could use a shield disabler on the controller. Second, a member of my org could use a shield disabler on someone else's controller.

But some now believe there is a third way. If two orgs are at war, and I decide to join in as an individual, and fire a shot at one of the towers, do my org's towers become vulnerable (as if someone had disabled the shields)? Do my org's areas drop to 25% or 5% when my shot hits even thought they were at 75% before?

Well... yes, they do become vulnerable. For about an hour, to 25%. But any prospective attacker still has to use a shield disabler on your towers to initiate the attack.

Ok, so after I take a shot at someone's towers, someone who is in a war with a third party, my towers go to 25%. For one hour from the time of the last shot I take at them, I suppose.

And that makes my own towers attackable by--everyone?--for an additional hour if they weren't already attackable.

But someone has to use a shield disabler on them, which would put my organization into war.

Have I got it?

Attackable by opposite factions only.

Other than that, yes, I believe you got it.

When you help somebody attack another tower ALL your bases drop to 25% doesnt matter if you fired 1 shot or disabeled the shields what ever they drop to 25% for 1 hour ,,, and its not only the oposing forces that can attack natualy since its 25% its just 25% like every one elses tower when they drop to 25%,,,,

So dont start wars for fun ;) might lose your base on it

Casting odins missing eye also causes this to happen :(
