Could anyone tell me what the spawn rate on Neleb the Deranged and his minions is? And also I often hear about some sort of Neleb's Hood, but all I could find in the item databases were a cloak and other clothing items but no hood. Thanks.

never heard of a hood... perhaps you thinkg of gayly painted hood.... and neleb spawns ever 20mins....
20-30 minutes and you mean Neleb's cloak :) adds +8 to nano skills i think.
