Team Level, wbat exactly does it do?

Okay so i'de like to know what happens at diffrent team lvl's the only thing FC has said is

But then i hear the higher the team lvl the better the loot?

I asked an ark today and beafore he started talking to his friends in newland and ignoring me he said he couldent tell me anything because it's considered a spoiler... well if ya know anything post! :)

A spoiler? It's right on their website. I think you quoted some of it.

If there's anything else a higher team level gives you, they wouldn't know anyway. I'm not even sure Funcom really knows :p
