I heared the same thing. I went too Electronics Boutique (St. Catherines, Ont.) They said they'd have it on the 4th. I can wait.
Pre-Order it, only way to get it. I work at an EB and the date so far for EB Canada is the 2nd of December, meaning this coming Monday. Hopefully its out by then but considering the issues FC with distrubutors...
i did pre-order but got email from em saying its backordered. so i cancelled as it would be faster getting it from shop on the second, lol! was electronics botique too that told me the 2nd
