No full patch notes for 14.6 yet, but...
...here's some of the stuff that's in 14.6:
*New character creation and arrival hall
*New NPC chat system
*Newbie dungeon; Condemned Subway
*Tower / vehicle shops under construction on Rubi-Ka
*Initiative fixes on these weapons:
-BBI Faithful
-Nova Flow Mark I
-Arwen MO-404 Grenade Launcher
-HSR Explorer 661
-M-1 Bipower A
-MTI - Russian Good Day
-Manex Catastrophe
-Collins IX Bio-Energy Rifle
-Netgun
-Schuyler Bow
*A boost to the Queen Blade
*All bows set to use Physical Initiative (Pow Bow is a crossbow, and uses Ranged Initiative)
{Edit: Oups. Being a bit tired here. I meant the Bow-Blaster, as some people asked me about it a while back. And the Reet-Tech Junior Urban and Oneida Razor Half-Bow too. Sorry 'bout the mix-up. :p}
*Thrown grenades implemented (throwing knives didn't make it)
*Wen-Wens now work
*Level 200s can now use the side application forms
*Nano Repulson now buffs Nano Resist, as it was supposed to
*All outdoor mobs now give more XP
*Evades lowered on the outdoor glowing bosses
*Pet profession NPCs now summon pets in combat
*Soldiers recieve nano buffs for several weapon skills

*Enforcers recieve nano buffs for several weapon skill}
*Nano Programming nano buffs for Nano Technicians
*Revamp of Martial Arts special attacks (Bird of Prey and such)
*Missions requested from booths by Fixers give higher QL loot
*Coffee machine available through trade skills
*Solar Pistol can now be build and improved by trade skills
*Organization names now display over people's heads, colored by side
*Atroxes get more health, while nanomages get a bigger nano pool
*Chance of scoring critical hits in PvP halved
{Edit: We're increasing the crit chance on the Agent's Concentration line to 200% to leave this at 100% in PvP}
*Fixed a range bug on concealment from other players
*Monster info (shift + left click on the mob, or target it and press 't') updated
*Recieving team heals no longer breaks concealment
*Fixed a range bug on Da Taunter
*Repaired a bunch of broken trade skill processes
*Other bug fixes, tweaks and new content. This was just a taste. More to follow tomorrow (I hope). :)

While the crit issue did need to be looked at, for those profs with dark blue weapon skills, crits were the only way for them to be even semi effective in pvp. I can see that this is party an effort to make profs use their skills, and not be soldier/agent/trader wannabes. However, this is a half assed fix at best, since the whole reason most of us are wannabe gunslingers is because our skills suck. I do hope this change means that Funcom will be looking in to the many issues surrounding nuking/pets etc.

Woot!! nice job fixer's will be even more usefull in teams maybe :)
