IRC network is not working?

It's been two days since I have been able to connect to the funcom irc network. I don't know who to contact about this.

I use the funcom IRC network to interact with my org from outside the game using our chat bot. Not to mention since I run my org bot, it lets me know if the bot has crashed and needs restarting.
I also peruse the #anarchyonline channel and such.

It keeps trying to connect on port 6667 and 6668 but gets immediately disconnected. I have been unsuccessful in two days now. I also asked a friend to try and they were not able to connect.

TL;DR: Is the IRC server still operational?
