yea, where are the patch notes, i do not liike to patch without knowing what changes have been made

New "adult" shops in ICC and Sex dragons in Avalon

They added new.... erm.... 'feautures'

Looking at steamdb.com I think they are trying to ship game to Steam... Atleast there has been activity there...
