You make your own character.

Yesterday I had a very interesting OOC chat (thank you Funcom for the zone wide OOC chat channels) with another clanner. We talked about the story and events, and later on also about character development. She brought me to a very interesting point: you make your own character. Now this sentence may sound dumb, but let's explain it.

We see hordes of people complaining about their profession.
We see a few people who say they are happy with their profession. Those people realize how to play their current profession. Overequipping and IP distribution are a large factor of the character development now: if you wouldn't overequip your char would be alot weaker and 'hardly doing any damage' as I see in much complain-about-profession threads.

By the way, some professions are right.
The fixer needs big work. The adventurer too.
Not always in damage factors because everyone can overequip.

I would like to see how FC is going to handle the overequipping/balance. It can't stay like this. That's a fact in my eyes.
