I think it would be greatly beneficial to the playerbase if there was an external mob/area (Inner sanctum?) that would also have the potential to drop no-drop totw items such as nemats inner eye. Similar to how foremans loot can also be found in DAV. To make it available for higher level characters who may have missed an item, or accidently deleting one long ago, later coming to the realisation they actually need it.
If you have a few moments of spare time that is :)

Perhaps an instanced, fr00b-friendly version of Collector where you can obtain ToTW, Tara, IS, Foremans phatz? (and the Signal Beacon: Lightning for shiggles) :D
