attack skill on soldier's perks

I'm deciding whether go SMG or stay ass.Rifle soldier. So i'm checking current perks.

My Soldier's current perks are based on Ass.rifle or Att.rating or burst or full-auto.

AI Perk line "Power in Numbers" buffs full-auto and attack rating. One perk is based on ass.rifle (clipfever) and other one is for some reason based on Burst (Muzzle overload) ??? Somebody would expect att.rating as attack skill on those perks ?

Another perk line "Special forces" buffs full-auto, burst, fling and yet perks are based on first aid (basic heal - field bandage), full-auto (tracer), burst (contained burst) and 2 perks are special use (violence and guardian).

Now when i check fixer with SMG perks then all his perks are based on attack rating or SMG.
Even perk line "hit & run" which buffs just full-auto has perks based on attack rating. Somebody would expect based on full-auto like on soldier ?

So maybe we can review soldier perks and put them also on attack rating (also smg sols can use it) instead burst, full-auto ?

first it was fixers and now agents, evade profs becoming less and less relevant due to this retarded double aao scaling.

Needs to be reverted if anything, not more profs added to the "evades? what are evades?" cesspool

I do not know anything about AAO scaling. I don't care if it will be double or single. But when perks buffs full-auto it does not make much sense to have attack skill on burst. I want only things to have some logic.

well to a point when it comes to assault rifle i think they could ned some love on the perklines, maybe rework the assault rifle lines or something.
but a smg soldier is perfectly fine

Perfectly fine except for not having the suppressor buff, you mean? It's not their primary. They don't have buffs to support it.

This.

SMG soldier is better in every way... except lacks a bit of attack rating. As you have noticed attack rating is not used often on soldier perks.

pure assault rifle soldiers cant touch any evade profession, sure can touch em but overall a pure assault rifle soldier will loose, they ned more attack rate or nicer assault rifle perks, kinda been a long old issue that never got attention.
