The hub for whomps' in ICC is still sometimes invisible.
So are some dragons in inf and the mantis queen is just... screwed up texture-wise, ususally pure black.
Those were reported on Testlive. Probably there's a fix incoming Soon™
having it on Live should help the Devs get time allocated from the engine coders to address the remaining issues, rather than them hugging their AoC/TSW.
Screenshots, shift+F9 output, etc are very useful for devs when reading bug reports.
Additionally, regarding glitchy graphics, include your specs as not everyone may be experiencing the same issues.

Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, latest updates.

- Weird trembling going on with rendering. It can be seen at the beginning of the video on the shadows and on the grass lines where they meet the white structures.
- Improved Hacked Medi-Blade isn't being rendered correctly. Can be seen from the beginning of the video. I'm wielding two!
- Some dragon models are not being rendered correctly. Can be seen from 2m12s
- Mantis Queen seems to have the "too many bones" issue, still. Can be seen from 4m12s

Double cursor is still a very irritating thing.
Broken-boxes AO logo as the client loads (unless you're using a cutom GUI which replaces that screen).
I'm running clients Windowed (keeping borders) running Win7x64.
The lighting in the character selection screen seems to be influenced by the (some) day/night cycle.
Which wasn't a pretty picture when I just logged at dawn.
Lighting everywhere needs tweaking - especially indoors - known issue for a long time.

All AO New Engine clients default to Monitor 1 completely irrespective of which display device I have them set to in the Launcher Settings. The old engine stays ont he monitor it's assigned. Having to manually drag client windows between monitors is getting really old, really fast.
Shadows are projected with HUGE heads at times. This is very noticeable inside Battlestations and makes for quite the metaphor in there.. but as much as I'm lol'ing about my shadow's huge head.. I don't think it's working as intended.
I also noticed outside The Ravine in Penumbra.

Everything is squished and chibi super deformed on logon and when zoning. Alt +tab to desktop and back fixes it. Zooming in causes it also. using an ati HD 7870 and intel icore5 3570k.
Player city buildings... They're alive! They move when your back is turned! They fly and fall over and lurk underground! And as you approach, suddenly zip back into position and act all innocent.

FGrid floor numbers have vanished.
Also medi-blades are invisible for me, seems like I'm fighting with my hands
If the shadow of your head is Huge remove any light emitting items from equipment or social tab. (Light ball, Halloween ghost, light emitting robe etc.) These all create an extra light source that is really close to the person thus creating huge shadows (and bud ugly imho :P)
On the shadow part.
The Anarchy Online Logo is still F-ed up when your character logs in. (This was perhaps the first issue ever reported I think... Soooo old.. )
In character creation when I first log in 9 out of 10 times the shadow of the head is missing on the toon that is shown first. Or the shadow of the weapon is missing as well. (seen well if you have a stick equipped ;-) ) After I select a different toon back and forth this issues disappears...
In-game I have the lag issue that when I move the majority of my shadow moves smoothly however, head and shoulder piece update slower (or lag behind me..) leaving a ghost trail.

Trying to enter one may cause a insta-crash and leave your toon in a crash loop, logging in with the old engine will let you escape, shame wanted to see how it looked with the new engine.
