Some older RK Dyna weapons

Right now, the only ones worth a second glance are the Icebreaker and the Pump Trainee.

Would it be possible to rethink the weapon skills required (For example, the Bureaucrat's pistol which is Ranged Energy) or the damage (Fixer's SMG is pretty cool, could use a higher base damage. 1-80 sucks, how about 40-100?)

Good idea. There is also some other not dynalootable weapons which would greatly deserve a revamp, and I particularly think at this one : https://aoitems.com/item/201943/punishment-rod/, the high end 2HB weapon for froob enforcers, so miserably slow that it is even not a choice :(

That's the point. You have to trade damage vs being a fast weapon.

You can't have both, that'd be too OP. That's why if you want stuff that's faster, get a Howlet.
If you want damage, use the Punishment Rod.

There are many weapons like that. The Mercenary 1hb is the only thing usable outside of froob play.

Pain of Patricia could be tweaked to a higher version of the CDR for TL4+ (faster speed, higher min, lower crit) and the EQB needs to remove that 185 level lock.
