I don't know its a new feature with 18.7 or a bug, but I have noticed huge DPS drop with weapons, that have big dmg range, ie; 100-1000. Ealier AR was counted into damage roll, so I had (on 4 characters which uses weapons with huge dmg range) big hits, now my DPS dropped a lot, and when it comes to PvP, its even worse.
Before patch, Argument or SoLM at my enfs was dealing (at Hecks in Ely) dmg from 1k to 4k, but mostly it was 3-4k, now I have hits for 300-1k pretty often. In PvP with SoLM i do like 200-300 quite often. With Argument its the same, because I do 500ish hits, and I dont recall doing such low hits with my toon, Cycolina. Seems like new thing, bad one... anyone noticed it?
Just to say; before patch with my 150 enf and SoLM I could basicly alpha Ely Heck, now it takes 10-20 seconds to kill it. (I did 20 test kills just to be sure).
