Just a quick idea for an offensive nano for fixers, even though I think fixers have enough nasty nanos. Easy to land, long lockout (2 or 3 minutes) it randomly locks a skill out on the target for 5 seconds, but also locks one out on the fixer for 5 seconds. 0 second cast time but could be an interesting double-edged sword for pvp.
How about this new nano for enfs, it takes random amount of nanoskills and nano to cast, when landed on random opponent it debuffs random weaponskill by random amount for an unspecified length of time.
I wouldn't know, I pvp with my fixer not my enforcer :) Besides, think mass/random pvp, cause you would be an idiot to try something like this in a duel.
Sounds not worth the effort to think about its real effects
