I don't think a white flag would help u much, since most kills is just Tab, tab, tab, tab, till u suttenly se a target... then Q. :)
No 1 Realy has time to press T and she who it is your going to blow, since if u do your "target" might get the first few shots of, and there by have the advantege. ;)
Ontop of that i white Flag would make it REALY REALY hard to resist pressing Q... even tho your a neutral... :p
