Please add a proper PVM way to get VP .

I am wondering, is anyone actually monitoring what Battlestations has turned to?

There isnt any "battle" in this station anymore, there is capping speed racing, majority of people dont even ever attack each other , ever, unless to interrupt the other capper.

Everyone is running like a drunk monkey with ADHD, almost completely ignoring players from opposing side. This is a grotesque.

Either add a proper PVM to farm Victory Points, or make control points cast 60 second root upon succesful caping, or find some other way to force people to fight.

Battlestation was to be about PvP for the masses. Yes you managed to force masses to come, but you didnt manage to force them to actually PvP.

Or.... FC can change the way BS works. Not by capping, but by actually counting kills. Say you need 200 kills on clan or omni side to win the BS round. Capping is so 2008!

Actually pretty much everyone fights each other, they only ignore you cuz your an engie.

Basically i would suggest to read the OP if you cant figure out what i'm complaining about.

I haven't seen the problems explained in the OP. People are running back and forth between capping points all the time seeing as that is the goal of the game, but I have never seen people ignoring each other because PvP is unproductive when trying to farm VP.

I do see people ignoring engies from time to time because they can be a pain to kill in a timely fashion. I usually use enemy engies to refresh my drains on their pets, root/mezz pets and such and attack someone else that is quicker to take down.

Maybe they just found out its futile as Maxifix pointed out.

That said I am spending quite a lot of my game time on BS lately, and I dont remember seeing you. Oh, and I completely disagree with your OP statement.

If you havent seen that then you obviously didnt see much. Everytime i'm on the Battlestation there is a handful of people who do just that.

Well, bump for the PvMers who hate the BS due to a lack of cappers on their side heh.
It'd also be much appreciated since, in some range, BS doesn't run very often.

What , you too? Dear God, i'm gonna go hang myself. No one said nothing about any Engineers. One moron posts something stupid about Engineers because he has a Soldier and posting about Engineers is all he knows, and suddenly everyone is talking about that, i hate these forum sometimes, i think i'd rather be a schoolteacher then a moderator here, having to read that crap for living could make it to one of those "and you thought your job sucked" pictures :p

To be honest, I find BS to be the exact opposite of what is explained in the OP. On Atlantean at 220 at least.

People seem far more interested in general PvP than VP so often people kill enemies in the middle for a good 5 minutes but apparently have no rush to actually cap that area. I often see people killing enemies in middle and then running straight to A for more killing, while forgetting about the capping of the middle area completely. So sometimes I have to run back and do the actual capping, because no one else did :p

I dont know which Atlantean are you on, is it the one with dancing coconuts that keep singing "Proud Mary?" Because i'm on the other one.

Calm down a bit :p

I used engineers as an example of a profession I sometimes ignore becaues they are hard to take down. I often do the same with MP's and keepers for example.

I also wasn't talking about your engineer. Just engies in general.

Sometimes there are 2-4 people just coon cap'ing all over the place. Trick is to find the other 4-6 people that will actually engage in some fighting. It's not a behavior that can be prevented unless they finally make it impossible to cap a point with any 1k+ absorbs running.

Really Nick, if you want PvM way of getting VPs thats just fine with me and I will bump you any time.
Just dont give such funny reasons for it.
