Greetings!

It has come to our attention that some people may not be aware of the citizens who can be found from time to time in your daily travels on Rubi-Ka. So in an attempt at informing you we have come up with this handy little identification guide to be used when spotting these elusive individuals.

Individual LTCs exist on both dimensions unless otherwise stated.

Misc.

Most of the department heads and clan leaders are very busy so its rare to see them out and about. However the rest of these individuals have been spotted in Newland, Tir, Omni-Entertainment, Borealis, and even the Shadowlands. Keep your eyes open, and you may spot these individuals.

On a related issue, these individuals are residents of the planet. Their lives and personalities reflect this. In other words. They NEVER go out of character. So please remember that when dealing with them.

Aside from contacting these individuals via their comm and our feedback email, you are most likely to find them in their relative faction areas:

• Omni - Omni Ent /Rome/Trade/HQ
• Neut - Newland City / Borealis
• Clan - Tir / Old Athen

While not guaranteed that you'll find them there (they are allowed to leave these areas and walk about in other main cities, as long as they're not faction conflicting.), these are the areas that we intend to populate.

As we work to further increase the involvement in the Long Term Character programme our end, we will update this list with the relevant characters as soon as possible.

It is only a rough guideline to make it easier for you to spot us in the masses of your buddylists.
(It is encouraged to put those names on your friendslists to see when we are online and come over to there cities 'by accident'.)

Yaaaaaay return of diamondave-style long term characters!

But one thing : why isn't there more neutral characters? I feel cheated somehow that people like our infamous Harry ( the man that built harry's!) ain't even mentionned. Give us some husslers, fixers and thieves dammit! And a guy from the newland militia ! And where's Dante? We need the drunkard!

And how about a section to our ennemies, "Wanted" for example, like Lord Marshall or Deneliath ? Unless it's not the goal here. ))

Please note that these are characters that are ARK Controlled. Not FC Controlled.

Original FC Characters such as Ms Oak, Mr Radiman etc have restricted access and you will very RARELY ever see them out and about. This is a list of who to look for, and who you're most likely to encounter on your day to day travels.

What about The Dante Kerall ? If there's a demand for a guy, it's him!
