Lack Of Funding.

I am President of Omni-Teks new Counter Intelligence Department.
We were told by the board of administration that we would receive ample funding for our department to maintain our Covert communication satelites within clan terittory.

Not only have we not received any funding but also they have stopped issuing uniforms so that i can outfit my specialists.

This is completley outrageous that this can be done to one of the most important departments there is.

Subsequently as myself and my fellow members are loyal to Omni -Tek we are willing to financially support our department so that we can carry on protecting our citizens.

I urge the Administration And the ICC to get involved in this matter as the disintergration of our satelite and communicae systems would cause complete and utter chaos, not only with the other departments but also with the day to day running of our metropolise cities.

The ICC dont handle anything about Rubi-Ka or anything thats OT. Thats a fact. So dont ask them for help, they have "helped" us enough with their stupid rules and restrictions.

It is beacause some clanner fixers have hacked the clothing productionline, and that the standard Omni-suit goes invisible that you don´t recieve any.

After a few embarrasing incidents it was decided that the suits was to be recalled untill such time the problem has been fixed. Unfortunatly the felons that did this have so far defeated any attemt to remove the virus. If anyone have any idea where to locate them it would be appriciated.
