--OMNI-TEK MEDICAL ACADEMY (OTMA): MISSION STATEMENT--
In its simplest explanation OTMA will specialize in two areas - producing skilled doctors, and upper level play. The first includes the teaching of techniques, sharing of ideas and discoveries to help Omni-Tek doctors become quicker, more efficient, excellent team support, and most of all, a successful and enjoyable profession. The second is needed for the Academy to be a success. Specialization makes you strong and respectable in a certain area, however at upper levels, support and participation from all professions will become a necessity. This includes aspects such as missions, quests, pvp, trade skills, and exploring at the top end of the level spectrum. To aptly fit this description OTMA will have a permanent level restriction of 1-200 for doctors, and 75-200 for all other professions. This also simplifies the teaching of newcomers to Rubi-Ka as most 'newbie' inquiries will be cut down to one profession. The end goal for OTMA is to create a Respectable organization with emphasis on producing a skilled academy of doctors, known for their efficiency.

Founded by Hailieglade in early July of 2002, OTMA was created not only for the sake of having a respectable guild with skilled doctors, but to encourage organizations on Rubi-Ka to have more of an under-lying purpose, as opposed to the vast majority of the do-all, be-all, or recruit anyone guilds we see much of today. While this angle does exclude some people, it also gives many a place, the feeling of purpose and belief in your guild and 'what they are all about'. Always better to have 10 enthusiastic active members than 100 of the other. Past accomplishments include founding and leading Omni Elite, which, in it's prime had around 125 members. With your help, OTMA will be a success, thank you.
