Want to join rk-2 ot org

I've got a lv 41 crat and rising quickly. I'm tired of trying to team with the clueless. As such I'd like to join up with an rk-2 omni org. I'm interested in some rp, but right now would like to find some people I can team with that know what they are doing for gaining xp, loot, etc. I'm mostly only available in the mornings (7-11am pst) on weekdays.

Lv 45 now. I'm also looking for a guild that uses something like roger-wilco or netmeeting for voice chat. I'd really like to try that out.
