Outpost Security

On a hunting trip to Tir County from the Southern Outpost, we got chased by a high level OT employee bent on our destruction. Fleeing we returned to the outpost in Inquisitve Wasp only to find that the Patrol refused to assist. Before we knew what had happened the OT went on a rampage through the res-sick and wounded!
Can the COT or a Clan take charge of these so called protectors of Tir County?
I no longer feel safe in the south!
