Perhaps another subject would have been more likely to make them inclined to read the thread... I know if I was them, I'd be so tired of the "Funcom please read", "Official response required", "Funcom must answer me", "Cz, Cosmik, read this post", "Important post, Funcom read this", well, I could go on and on...
Methinks that it's the subject that's deterring them, not the request.
