idea: guard arrest feature!

whenever a guard gets attacked it dies or kills the attacker, but what im suggesting that they have an arrest nano which works like a root it would make them stay still and they would be captured and sent to jail, which means only people with high nano resistance would DARE to attack neutral/all guards unless they wanted to be in jail for a certain amount of time, i think that this could work as it is a deterrent for killing guards, however ive noticed that some people claim to have 'accidentally' attacked guards, maby a pop up box saying "do you really want to attack?" could appear, like what we now have for /terminate maby their characters could be tortured to give them a rez shock where all their skills are set down to 1!!! aha the possibilities are endless as long as FC dont sit on their lazy asses 24/7 eating bronto burgers and drinking lime-slime (dont we just love that drink?)

First, no damn pop up window!!! Last thing anyone wants to see if 3-5 windows pop up cause a guard of the other faction agroed you. Second, there is no jailing option for guards of a different faction (ie, clans will be killed, not arrested, by guards they attack that are omni or neutral). As for beign arrested by the guards, I would suggest a way out early. Maybe when you are arrested you are fined and have to pay an ever bigger fine to get released early (the higher you are, the more you pay). Also, you have a rap sheet and build up long term hate to the point that you may be attacked on sight if you repeatedly attack guards (you would have to have a way for the hate to be reduced either over time for good behavior or by doing a few quests).
As far as the actual arrest sequence, I am not sure how it should be carried out. Perhaps the guard activates a grid signal beacon when attacked and if not calmed or killed within a certain time frame then a big bad nasty restraining bot(s) is gridded in and if they kill you, you automatically rez in prison.
