These stats do not exist on a soldier weapon.
They exist on a MOB weapon.
Or did you want MAs to get the Lee Brothers attacks when soldiers got General Frederickson's, and Enforcer's to get Ian Warr's attacks, or...
Or maybe you're just lame.
BTW, anyone notice that all MOB attacks, even ranged ones, work off of MA skill for their attack skill?

Me favorite gun would do this:
1) Slavor aims gun at mean target.
2) Slavor fires gun at target. Prefer big noise and bright lights when gun shoots.
3) Target go *poof*
4) Slavor watches tiny ash particles descend to floor.
