Improved Org Management with the Merge?

Since froob toons can no longer be org presidents does that mean that we're finally getting improved org management tools with the merge?

To put it simply, how does Funcom suggest an org President, with a single paid account, promote one of their own toons to General or even swap Presidency to another toon on the same account? All trades in AO are final so even if you temporarily pass Presidency to someone in your org you run the risk of them not giving you back your org/city and having no leg to stand on with a petition. We used to be able to promote a froob toon on a dual logged account and then have that froob promote alts and pass back lead. This will no longer be possible so what is the new solution?

For years we have asked for the ability to promote/demote toons remotely (whether logged in or not) is that coming with this server merge patch? If not, how are same account President swaps and General promotions to be handled? via petition?

Either that or give froobs the ability to be org presidents once the migration is done.
