Got a Question about Towers

Ok, first, let me just say that although I'm against the pay-to-use concept of the pay-patch, but I admit I am intrigued by the content. A quote from the press release:

This interests me. As an avid 10Six Player (Cyberspace rest it's soul.), I loved the land control and defense aspects.

How is this handled? How much effort is required in setting up one of these personal towers? Is it as simple as a nano, or is it as complicated as assembling trade skill parts and constructors, ect...?

How big are these personal towers? Can a player have more then one at a time? How long do they last? Do they have defenses built it? Can they be upgraded? Is it practical for a lowbie to establish one, or will it take hundreds of thousands of credits?
